VLeigh. I have been here almost 2 years and wil say this is the best site I have found. Some other sites have some additional materials or explain some things that work better for other people depending on the problems.
About the joking. I suppose we deal with some really painful issues and are basically very serious, so kidding around is heplfull at times. Tough on a new person, but please feel at home.
Yes we had some trolls and spent many hours trying to help them only to have them post some nasty replies and say were were to blame for our own problems.
