What I have learned from other boards is that when you get someone who not only does not contribute to the content of the board but is abrasive, argumentative, rude, etc., the very best thing we can do is refrain from replying to that person's posts. Then his or her topic will simply migrate peacefully off the board and disappear into oblivion.
