Thanks. By makeing this next point, I'm not trying to make a negative from a positive, just trying to be honest. I didn't really have time to be indirect. Trust me, I tired to think of an indirect, passive/agressive way to do it but couldn't do it under pressure! Anyway, yes, indeed, the direct approach seemed to do the trick. Thanks for that. I really have never stopped thinking about that change I want to make in myself since you pointed out how indirect and P/A I usually am.
