I have emailed him telling him that if I can't put it on the market for what I want to, then I am not going to sell it through him. H had a great point, if he gets us to put it on the market $20,000 below market value, then he only loses $600 off his comission. It's to his benefit to take that cut and turn over the houses quickly.

If he doen't get back to me by noon today, I am calling him and canceling.
