No worries about the weight. Make a 5-year plan and keep at it. If you tweak the workouts to a place where you enjoy them (such as noticing the stress reduction), that's when it'll be sustainable. Speaking of which, I forgot my workout clothes today. Gonna swing back home after work to pick them up).
