Hi ladies! Only have a minute to post. Always, glad to see yur success! Great week....and keep drinking that water! I am getting in 5-6 servigns of fruits and veggies a day, 3 to 5 cups of green tea now and 100+ ounces of water. I am keeping my calories under or around 1200 a day.
This morning's results for the week: Lost 1 1/2 pounds Not too great......but better then nothing!
Keep up the good work everyone. My sister Becca-remember our pinky swear!!!!!!!
