Those are some great goals. Another way of sneaking in excercise is to take the stairs instead of the elevator. Sounds silly but it really adds up.
My Goals for this week: Take my vitamins Get to bed by 10:30 everyday remember push ups and abdominal excercises after workout (for a flat tummy and perky breasts) Organize photos for my crop day next Saturday. Get up earlier so my D7 isn't late for school. Concentrate on acting mature and polite. Slowing down and really listening to myself to see what is upsetting me.
Yeah I guess I am addicted to excercise. Sometimes when H is going to come over I start freaking out and either I have a drink (then who knows what will fly out of my mouth then) or go for a run.
Don't get discouraged about the weight. We all have such a small amount to lose. It is going to be hard. The last 20 pounds is the worst. This isn't weight to lose to look good, we already look good. This is weight so when we get those bikini's this summer we look smashing.
