YAY!!! You got the exercise in. You know, even the 10-15 min will feel like an energy pill, and then you get addicted, and then you turn into SweetHeart, who's always at the gym!

I did well yesterday. Had a mocha drink with a friend, ugh, that tasted like it was a billion calories. And then got some takeout last night with gal pals. Of course, the glass of wine.
My thoughts on the week: glad I got back into working out again--felt good. Hope to be more consistent with water intake and vitamins. I want to get a routine with meditation/quiet time in the morning (that helped so much), and get more fruits in the diet. Also, this week, I want to cook dinner each night. That was healthy.
I'm starting to realize that the mental and physical health play together....you've gotta have both, which is why I want to stay centered emotionally too.
Goals for upcoming week: * Drink at least 4 glasses of water/day...2-3 days 5 glasses * Vitamin each day, calcium pills too and Vitamin C * 1 cup green tea/day * 2-3 servings fruits/veggies/day * Work out 3 times/week * Cook healthy meal each night * See friends and have fun 1x/week * Read books and watch 1 movie in the week (this helps my mind) * Start getting little tasks (trip planning, taxes, etc) done. * Talk to family/friends more this week * Little prayer/meditation time in morning...10 minutes. * walk to work each day.
