Thanks for the ideas. Not having things in the house that I can't eat though is tough. No one else in the house is worried about their weight so it's not fair to them to not have cookies and things they like. I just have to find ways to curb the things that tempt me most.
As far as the treadmill, I do have one. However, it's not here. I let my FIL use it because he had knee replacement surgery and needed it to biuld up his strength. I do have a Bowflex gym though and many exercise tapes. As for deadlines, I really don't have any.
Great job on getting to the gym this morning! GL with the water and veggies/fruits.
On another note, I took the Hoodia this morning as directed and it DOES curb your appetite in a huge way. I am not hungry at all. I still forced myself to have my FF yogurt that I normally have for breakfast. I am due to take another pill at lunch time and if it still works, then I'll be all set. Mid-day emotional and boredom eating can be a problem for me. So, if anyone wants to try it...I bought it off Ebay.......paid a penny for the bottle and $7 for shipping. It's called HoodiaVex. If anyone is interested, the seller I bought from has a lot of penny auctions so you can probably grab it for the same amount of $$.
