I got this recipe of the WW's board. I'm sure the oatmeal can be substituted.
2 Apples 1 WW Oatmeal Pack 2 Packets Splenda 1 Teaspoon Cinammon 1 Tablespoon butter (optional) 1/2 cup water
Instructions
Pour water on the bottom of a pyrex dish. Cut apple into thin slices. Layer across the dish. In a separate bowl, mix oatmeal, splenda and cinammon. Sprinkle on top of the sliced apples. Cut butter into little peices and sprinkle across the top. Bake at 325 for 35-45 minutes or until apple is soft.
