Yesterday...pretty good. Not too hungry for dinner (could be the beer I had) but ate some left overs anyway. I snack through the day, so eating a big dinner is not my thing.
Today: Great workout this morning. Gonna drink 4 glasses of water (try 5?). Vitamin. Good breakfast. Plan to have healthy lunch and dinner. I think I need to increase the water intake big time. After about 1 week or so, I notice my skin looks SO much nicer...and lately, my body skin is SO dry.
SH--you're INSANE with exercise...you're my hero. I am so lame, but am liking it so I am pushing myself more. I hear ya with the tone...I can see it already. As women, vanity is the appealing factor more than anything...so tell me about my heart, I could care less, tell me I will look great, there ya go! It's all about marketing!
