ok, well I ate more than I should have, but I still fell under 2000 calories, but barely. My goal was to keep it at 1500 calorie and it was my lunch that was the deal buster. I should not have eaten dinner, since it was a very late lunch, but another trap i fall in is because I figure i have fixed this meal for the kids, i should eat some of it. So, on top of the other stuff that I already posted, I also had pasta, whole wheat with meatless sauce, baked with mozzarella on top of it and a small piece of garlic bread.

Again, not much exercise today, one cup of green tea, thanks to my C who keeps a teapot in her office at all times
