I was lucky I never gained my stress weight back. I started running to relieve the stress (I also did aerobics and weights too) and it helped to make my body tone and sexy. I can't believe that my body is almost as hot as when I was twenty. My H has bought me an entire new wardrobe of very hot clothes. It doesn't matter what I wear it drives him crazy. he he he he

I am not doing the points because I am working out 5 to 6 times a week and there seems no point. My problem was snacking after dinner. I would cram my face with anything I could get my hands on. Even though I was stuffed. It was because I was unhappy in my M and didn't know it. Now my focus is on me and the kids. I also have a cup of herbal tea Bigalo Sweet Dreams is my favorite. It keeps me from eating and helps me sleep.

Nachos-
this is what I would do (and my H is Mexican so it should be good)
Baked tortilla chips
fat free refried beans
taco meat-just buy those taco mixes and cook up with beef or whatever (ground turkey or chicken isn't going to change the points I think)
then either buy some pico de gallo or
chopped tomatoes, cilantro, peppers (whatever your tonge can handle green are good too)and onion.
and whatever cheese you want I recomend cheddar or chihuahua (chi-wa-wa)

pre-heat broiler
Place chips on oven safe whatever
add above ingredients (except pico de gallo/veggies). don't add too much meat and cheese a spinkle should do it.
broil until cheese is melted (or heat in oven 375 should do it) take out add veggies you could add a FF sour cream if you are in to that sort of thing. Enjoy!
