Always- You got some water in, so that's good! It sounds like you hardly ate at all yesterday. That's not good!

So here's my menu and such for the day:
Breakfast/Lunch- FF Yogurt and an apple
Snack: 1 low fat graham cracker and 2 plain rice cakes.
For dinner: I made a cucumber and tomato salad with FF Italian dressing to put over a bed of fresh spinach and have with chicken soup.
Water- Drank plenty. 3 cups of green tea.
I plan on having one or two light beers when/if H comes to visit tonight.

WW points= 14 out of my 18-25 range
Calories= 1024
Fat grams= 11
Exercise- Haven't stopped yet today!

Not too bad!


I'm moving on...at last I can see...life has been patiently waiting for me.
