Ok, so I blew my diet with the nachos I had for lunch, apparently some extra exercise is in store for today. Getting all hot and bothered doesn't count unless I do something about it. I can't very well order pizza and attack the pizza guy after such a big lunch, so where shall I get my victim?

You could always Roto-till the front yard or at the very least have the machine delivered.

I didn't do as badly today as I expected. I added it all up and I ate about 1300 calories. I figured I ate that much in nachos but apparently it wasn't that bad. I only got the half order instead of the full order. Other than that, I was surprised to see that my coffee, even with cream and sugar was only a little over a hundred calories a cup, that isn't that bad, for something i can't live without.

Good job Becca! I stayed in my points range, painted for exercise...(I know it doen't really count) had all my water and three cups of green tea!!

Water and food were good. Still no exercise. I wanted to go this morning, but I had not slept all night and was beat. Also, feeling blue and wanted time for myself to center. Bad excuse, but will pick myself back up again for the remainder of the week. Perhaps I'll go workout this evening.

When I get depressed nothing gets me out of it like excercise. Try it! I know it is difficult sometimes. I would just start dressing for it and then force myself on the treadmill or maybe it would be good if you just went for a walk and got some fresh air.

I know it is an excuse, but I simply don't have the time or resources for exercise. I walk down to the park with the kids sometimes, but with a 4 year old who wants to stop and look at things, it isn't terribly easy. He is too big for a jogger stroller. I don't have a treadmill and frankly I don't want to purchase one because it will become a clothes hanger in no time. Exercise is definately my weak point.

So far today a cup and a half of coffee as I was doing my testing for a potential new job, and 2 rice cakes.

Becca, can you borrow/buy a few videos? At home stuff with little/no equipment?

The Shape Magazine website has a lot of exercises you can do at home with no equipement. Check it out.

Actually, now that my <ahem> pms is gone, I am not chowing down like i was last week. I don't feel quite so stark raving mad hungry.

Re: videos, yeah yeah...my dvd player is broken and i don't have a vcr and i wouldn't do it for long anyway. I have a great Yoga dvd. I'd really love to get into a yoga class somewhere but can't find one wtihout having to pay to join a gym, which tends to be outrageous.
