Hi gals,

Back on the train again. Goals for today:
* drink 4 glasses water (yes, low, but trying to establish a baseline)
* Vitamin
* Healthy lunch and dinner
* Had breakfast of meusli

This week:
* Work out 3x
* Drink 4-5 glasses of water daily
* Vitamin each day
* Cook dinner daily - no eating out (not too much trouble)
* Sleep well (trying here)
* Meditation daily

Dinner tonight--salmon, broccoli, cous cous
