Ok...I'm quite proud of myself!

I went to the buffet with my family and the first thing I did was make a HUGE plate of zero point (WW's) salad. With FF Italian dressing. I made sure I ate it ALL before anything else. Then, I had fish, cabbage, a little bit of corn, FF Frozen yogurt and used some point on a dinner roll and a *small* amount of apple cobbler. All in all, I have only used 16.5 of my 18-25 points today. I can still have two glasses of wine with H tonight and bank some points!

We went grocery shopping to stock up for the next week while H is gone. I bought a TON of healthy stuff. Yougurts, rice cakes, WW's desserts...2 cases of water. I am happy I have made it through my first day...and I am stuffed. No more eating needed tonight.

On the down side, I got no exercise today other then cleaning the house. But...like you say Always...small steps. I like your 3/4 full theory. THat goes along with the WW's Core plan idea.
