Becca, when I lost weight, what worked for portion sizes was to eat until I felt 3/4 full, not completely full. Just enough to take away the hunger feeling. Also, you can space out the meals...eating a few times/day. You can eat 1/2 lunch at noon and the other half at 3pm.

I stopped eating out a LOT and it really helped as well.

My goal for next week: Drink 5 glasses of water/day. Take my vitamins daily.

Small, sustainable steps, right?
