Goal weight: 175. I am comfortable and confident there. Would like to get back to about....145, that for me is pretty thin.
No idea what my measurements are but I am fairly proportionate. My biggest problem area is my waist/hips. I have a high waist, so immediately below there is this horrid spare tractor tire.
Have not yet developed an eating plan, I honestly believe if I just eat LESS, the weight will come off. I have to stop eating out and start eating proper portions.
