Ok, here it is. I figure I have more time so I took the liberty of starting the thread. I hope I didn't step on anyone's toes. Anyone and everyone are more then welcome to join whether they are on a weight loss journey or if they are changing their lifestyle to adapt to a halth style with healthier food choices. Feel free to post any and all low-fat or otherwise healthy recipes here as well!

Not sure how much infor everyone is going to start with, so I guess we'll begin with stats. *GULP*

Me: 31 years old
Height 5'6"
Current weight 145 pounds
Goal weight 115-120 pounds
Plan of action I am following the weight watcher's diet plan.
Current measurements:
Bust 34 inches
Waist 28 inches
Hips 37 inches
Yes, I am disproportioned.

Daily goals:
Stick to my point-range
Drink my water
Exercise a minimum of twenty minutes.

First Recipe:
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups (Awesome PMS snack )
6 well rounded tablespoons of peanut butter
1 container of ff cool whip

Mix the two ingredients together. Put mini muffin cups in 2 or three mini muffin pans. Fill each cup equally qith peanut butter and ff cool whip mixture. Freeze overnight.

Before serving...drizzle FF/SF chocolate syrup over the cups and enoy!! These make great snacks. They are low in fat, have some protien and satisfy a sweets craving.

Worth mentioning....my stats will change soon. I haven't measure myself in a while and what I posted was from recollection so I am not sure of the accuracy.


I'm moving on...at last I can see...life has been patiently waiting for me.
