OK...you know I love ya, so I gotta add one more thing to the accountability thing....smoking. I know that times are stressful, and going to get more stressed with moving and all, but can you think of ways to reduce this too? Just small steps.

I know you live in the Boston area, I used to some time ago. I know the Boston Community Health Center (in South Boston) had a GREAT smoking cessation program through hypnosis. You might think it's weird, but it really worked for my roommate. She went through some really stressful times and did not have the urge to smoke.

I'm not doing weight loss, so I'll keep the post with exercise--should I tell ya tonight then? I love this idea. It's gonna be great. We can add anything else we want to be accountable for (even behaviors, etc)...I like that.
