Oh and I wanted to tell you that MrH and I talked last night about how different he feels since he is getting a full night's sleep. Unbelievable difference! Truly it is amazing, the impact on his body, attitude and our R. He's able to stay up in the evenings (which is wonderful but the tv every night is gettin old) and we spend time together in the morning. You were soooooooo right about this.
