Our of curiosity, are there any agreed up definitions for HD and LD, or is it assumed to be obvious? My W seems to feel that my desire for 2 or 3 times a week is HD and that I might have a problem. Based on my experiences, I don’t agree that a few times a week is HD. Though, I thought I would ask for opinions any way.
