Hmmmm, man of integrity INDEED! But, now that you mention it, you did your kids a service in "saving" them from the "evils" of chocolate. You should be proud of yourself, lol

Another pat on the back! So when I put on all the weight I lost because I was trying to save my kids from the evils of chocolate....... Slow down the chocolate is kicking in! Back to the WAS diet! It works!

Evil? Chocolate? Say you're only kidding--though it can make you do crazy things. I don't know how people lived before chocolate.
I once wrote a news story about a new Belgian chocolate store and they gave me a whole pound to take home. Now did I bring that chocolate back to the office to share? No I did not. (Never mind that reporters aren't supposed to accept gifts.) I brought it home and my H and I ate the whole box by ourselves. Of course this was no ordinary chocolate. It was hands down the best I ever had. No preservatives which meant it had to be kept refrigerated and consumed in about a week. Unfortunately that means it cannot be shipped . It's making me a little crazy just thinking about it.
In the words of Homer J. Simpson. "Aaarrrggghhhhh chocolate"
OK my mouth is watering....I LOVE CHOCOLATE! But I tell you the WAS diet has something to be said! I have one of the biggest sweet tooths around (I would have ate the whole pond of chocolate without sharing!) But back to the WAS diet.....believe it or not I did not eat chocolate for almost 5 months! I knew I was depressed but WOW! Actually I did not find anything rewarding for several months and not even the instant gratification from chocolate helped! Glad I am over that!

GH I almost have a 100 lbs on you! I dropped from 258 to a low of 237 this summer. I am back up to 245. The big thing for me is my waist. I was a up to a 42 pant and I actually bought a 36 pant this summer. Still can fit into it but a little tight! Back to the gym! Notice no woman are disclosing their weight!

Holy crap Flaneur. I'm not sure how tall you are but that's a lot. Since Nov. I've gone from 134 to 126. My H has told me not to lose any more but I pointed out that I weighed even less when I met him.
