Chrissy,
I've been doing the neosporin, can't tell a difference yet. No juice, I don't give it to my kids, period. Panties, check. She wore them most of the day yesterday til I couldn't stand the cleanup any longer. Can I just mention that she looks sooooo cute in panties. They actually do have infant diarrhea meds now but I've been holding off on them in case it is a virus and not due to the milk. I don't want to hold the virus in, kwim. I've been doing the frequent baths (instead of wiping the poop off and further irritating her skin) but the aveeno is genius, thanks!
I don't use commercial wipes because they cause a lot of irritation so that's not an issue.
She looks a little better, thanks for the message.

Cobra, I've not given her any milk for about 24 hours now so the big D is letting up. If it turns out she can't drink milk, I'll look into the nutramigen. She may be old enough that I can forego formula entirely and somehow get her to drink soy. I had to do that with D3 who wouldn't drink cow's milk for the longest time, either.

Kids!
