Here it is, the requested new ride, and a link to the last one.
Long Haul #7

And, for a start, I saw H briefly today. He left his palm pilot in my truck from the weekend, and I didn't see it until I stepped out at lunch. I called to let him know where it was, and where I was, and issued a challenge if he could catch up with me running errands over the lunch period. (you know, woman busy multitasking, guys can't keep up ) He caught me on the cell just as I was reaching for the door handle coming back in to work. He said he knew that's where he left it, and would stop by. I said okiedokie, stop in and say hi if you'd like. He did! A nice midday picker upper. Had to be careful, I almost typed pucker upper! Must be the weekend events settling in.

is there a point when we stop calling them baby steps and start calling them toddler steps? That might be appropriate b/c we all know that toddlers fall from time to time.

OK, I gotta ask: how in the heck do all of you do the hyperlinks with the name of the thread iso the long url. That is so much cooler! I am feeling very technologically UN-savvy!

I'm excited b/c I know the answer! I am your neighbor in the stone ages.
when you do the link and paste, then click "ok" the next screen comes up and says "web page" if you replace that with whatever you want to call it instead, you will have your words appear as the link, if you just click "ok" the long link appears.

I think I like Weebles, wasn't that a kids toy that was real bottom heavy and you couldn't tip them over, they rolled back upright? H can take toddler steps, I'll be a Weeble. (geez, bad mental image)

Did you hear about the bulls on top of the hill? all the cows and heifers kept falling off and rolling down the steep hill. No matter how hard all those girl cows tried they couldn't stay on the hill. Finally, they hollered up the hill and asked how the bulls stayed on top of the hill so easy. The bulls roared down the hill to the cows, "We bulls wobble but we don't fall down." (grooaannnn)

Shocked- I def have you beat.
I am still confused!
So in my homepage I go in to edit my profile. Where do you copy from ? I do a copy shortcut (right click) from ym url or the hyperlink in my favorites.

then I paste that into "signiture" on the edit pers. predf. page. then I hit submit and it just updates it... no webpage page. I am kinda embarrassed writing this.... it is really easy , I know.

What am I missing????

hee hee. I like the bull story!

And yes, Weebles wobble but they don't fall down.I used to love them! (How is that for dating myself!) OK maybe not the best body image- image.... BUT a good mental image for feeling centered but letting yourself have ups and downs... without staying down! I love it!!!!!
