Other than that I have no friends. Its a lot to cope with alone and it burns me out eventually.

I know it's tough, Frank. You do have people on this board who care about you and are willing to listen. I know it is hard when your friends don't "get it."
When going through this, we need to vent so much and sometimes they get sick of hearing it. They don't understand all the emotions that go into this process. They see that we are unhappy and they don't want us to be so they want us to "fix it" the easiest, quickest way.

Maybe getting away would be good for you. I hear Phoenix is nice.
