Thought I'd share this with you. I am thinking this is a case of what happens when you have 4 young men and a lot of alcohol

Any bids?

OK, LOL! I was thinking a snag was slang for something else...wondered how they could get away with saying that!

Well your hint was in the Q&A when one person worried that their "snags" would be burnt and/or overdone. At that point, it was pretty obvious unless there's a lot more to Aussie slang than I know about, LOL

What a cool idea. Maybe I need a get an e-bay ad going?

Those ba$tard$! I tell 'em I'm thinking of swinging thru Oz to meet some lovely DB gals and that I might possibly have one free evening to hang out with them, and look what they turn it into. Some sort of ebay circus. And never even offered me a cut.

Maybe it's my just desserts for lying to them about being some celebrity sporting legend from the U.K. But still. I don't think I'm gonna show up for those yokels just because of this.

Although I would enjoy some beers and some snags. Hmmm....

BTW, they look like really fun guys but one of 'ems a very mean drunk, one's an incredibly sensitive musical-type who gets his a$$ kicked a lot, and one is actually a woman. The one on the left is quite a good chap, though, when he's out of prison.

Hi kismet , good to see your feeling a little better,
a snag can be slang for "sensitive new age guy"
but I am sure that is not the type of snag they mean,
they definately mean sausage

kismet how do you have time to find these things,.....

hugs

Hi Kismet, yes I would love to know how you find these things too but that was rather amusing.

No I wouldn't bid on it but now that I see BB was the Special Guest maybe I better.

Hey BB maybe forget Sydney and come to Melbourne and give them a call to say hi instead, I can cook a snag on the BBQ and can certainly provide some beers

Kismet I am sure you can jump on a plane and be here too.... aaaahhhhh to dream

Kismet -

Where do you find this stuff! Too funny! If I could only afford the airfare!

Your dream sounds very interesting. Hope you are able to enjoy the next episode tonight!

Glad to hear you are doing better. We all have those blah days. Just have to get through them and hopefully the next day will be better!

Have a great day!

Al, all I know is that "snag" rhymes with "shag." Maybe it was some kind of cockney rhyming thing--you know, when they say something that rhymes with what they really mean, which is some incomprehensible slang word anyway. I'm confused just thinking about it.

Plus those Aussies say weird stuff all the time.
