...guess they don't make those black balloons down there that have the Over The Hill saying on them...

Seems to me the Aussies tend to take everything to the next level. So instead of the black balloons, I bet they don't do anything at all, then the next time they see whoever had the birthday they look surprised and say, "Damb, you're so old I just assumed you were dead. Sorry I didn't get you anything."

I may be wrong, but that's my guess.
