New thread title in honour of the fact that looking for the ironing board and couldn't find it. Then realised that wah has been gone nearly 9 months and haven't ironed since. Only had to as I had lazily shoved a linen skirt in the cupboard instead of putting it on the hanger. Little bit of fabric softener in a squirty bottle of water and most wrinkles are zapped.

Thanks everyone for checking in. I am fine, I realise I need to let go and think I have. One thing I realised is that you can take the mind/body thing too far. Feeling like a big goose, but when I started getting headachy and feeling sick, I automatically assumed it was as I had thoughts I wasn't dealing with. So naturally, it must be my brother.

Kept thinking, don't dwell on it. Which makes you think of it more. But I kept thinking why do I feel so cr@p. Then started vomiting and rang a friend to cancel coffee/dinner. She then mentioned that other friend also sick.

 No, she has a little boy from prev. marriage. Who is very wise. He is all of 7 and said "Mum it is probably good if you don't see each other, as you make it each other angry". One consolation is that they have always lived apart due to work commitments, so it is not a sudden change in routine for him. She has been living with her parents, so nice supportive environment for them both. Plus only an hour or so away from my mum.

Speaking of driving, I must have a guardian angel watching over me. Had 3 near misses in last 2 days, all of them other driver's fault. 2 where cars nearly reversed out on me, just not looking. Last one was scary, guy pulling out in shopping centre. Luckily I saw him. He looked the opposite way, and I thought "He won't look", he didn't and just came straight out. Luckily I anticipated it and had braked. We just both smiled, but I think he was really shocked at what he had done. I don't want a dingle in my new little car.

Could have used one of those cabana boys yesterday. Spent 1/2 hour working out the reason why pool cleaner not working was a stubborn leaf lodged in it.

Would love to see those gecko babies. Maybe next time you can get a picture. Do they match the tattoo?

Will try and get a pic Beth. They prob. do match the tattoo as just little tiny guys. ALso try to remember a pic of Mumma sun bird who has built a nest in front of my swing.


Anyhow, nothing to report. Same old nothing happening on the r front. Wah fast becoming the "check in once a week" Dad. He still does not seem capable to connect with S14, and now tends to take him to the movies, rather than sit and watch him on the computer every day.
