SAHD, though MCWaterDog seemingly agrees with me, he doesn't represent my opinion.
I'm suggesting a plain, brief statement with just your name signed to it because I believe in not getting into sentiments and wishes and blah, blah as long as it can be viewed as "pursuing" type behavior and by sending the card you're simply sending a message that you're thinking of her on her special "day", which is civil and courteous.
"indignation" is not a nation I prefer to dwell in.
