I think part of my problem is not enough exercise. I see when I get busier during the day I sleep better. I have thought about the dr. I just don't want to become dependant on something to sleep I guess.
Until you can get in to see a physician, pick up on B vitamins, expecially B-12. They should help you a bit. I'm very worried about you and I'm glad to see that Karen stopped by to visit w/you as well.

I know you recommended viatmin B before and it seemed to help, but I have since ran out and haven't been to get them. I have also been forgetting my multiples alot,which probably isn't good.
Afraid, Tomorrow is Monday, call your physican for a complete checkup. Take time and get to the store and get the vitamins. If you truly want to feel better, you will do what we have suggested.

I read your thread as you suggested. Thanks! I must admit I am concerned about your also. I've been checking the last few days to see if your doing better, but there haven't been any updates. I hope you reply soon so we know your OK.

I am doing much better. I went and got the vitamin B12 that Snodderly suggested. I have been working on finishing my projects. I just think the stress and worrying of selling my house and moving was getting to me. I am just trying to make sure I get to bed early and take one day at a time. I think my sleeping is affected by my dogs trying to take over the bed, which we have locked them out so that is improving.
Well finally my house is up for sale. Hopefully some of the stress will leave, now to worry about selling and moving. Everything is pretty much going ok otherwise.
