Tnglator, As others have recommended, DO NOT confront OM on your own! It'll only backfire and have the opposite results you desire. However, I would follow whatever military protocol there is to EXPOSE his extra maritial adultery. There are consequences for sin, both here and in eternity.
Be careful to align your motive for doing so with what God's Word says. Exposing the affair to military authorities is not necessarily exacting revenge but rather making the sinful deeds of darkness known. God doesn't want us to ignore sin and allow it to continue but He also doesn't want us to gain revenge at our own hands. Exposing I don't think is the same thing as taking revenge.
Ephesians 5:11-13 Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather EXPOSE them. For it is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret. But everything exposed by the light becomes visible.
John 3:20 Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be EXPOSED.
Romans 12:17-21 Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord. On the contrary: "If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head." Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
