Try not to sit there and do nothing! Trust me that is the worst! Workout, do something to distract yourself! The mind plays horrible games with you, and "I have been there and got the T-shirt"! Even today I am doing it! Try and remain positive! YOur W will do what she wants you need to start changing yourselg and acting different! My wife took notice once I started to act andlok different and the same can happen to you! Read my posting if you get a chance, maybe it will help.
