Do you and your spouse sleep nude??

So, guys, do you like your women naked, no matter if she has a great body or not? I've had 3 babies, all c-sections (yikes) and they've taken their toll on my belly. It makes me VERY self conscious and rarely sleep naked, but usually with a silky nighty of some sort, enough coverage for late night trips to check out kids, etc.
