I think it may be somewhat exclusive of HD/LD as well. But I would also be surprised to hear if there were many LD individuals who slept in the nude. It is just a matter of personal preference. Some people may care less what their spouse wears to bed, but my personal preference would be nude or at a minimum an outfit where I could feel a decent portion of her skin.
