Isn't it suggested not to use the word "should" (which you do several times) if you want to avoid sounding like you consider yourself above something? Don't know if that's something you worry about, not being familiar with your sitch at all, (and while recognizing that words can come out differently in print than in person.)..There's a great thread under newcomers about good ways to express yourself in ways that people can best hear you, it's a valuable part of the process for a lot of us.
