Could you have just been eating too little? Like, 1500 would definitely be fewer calories than I probably should ever have (on charts I read, for my activity level, I'll probably always be in the 1800 range, no less than 1700). I don't know anything about thyroids, I just know sometimes that people eat too little and don't lose.
I definitely wouldn't mind getting a leather mini for Christmas! I mean, I'll need to buy SOME sort of clothes, I keep having to get rid of them! (I do buy mega-clearanced items as I get smaller, I just finally was able to wear a pair of pants I bought last year for .50 at Bealls Outlet!)
