At the beginning of last week I was up to 69 kilos, but being that time of the month, I promptly lost 2 kilos, apparently, in two days!
So, the weight is the same, at 67, but I have been keeping up with the morning exercise routine and even bought little weights to strap onto my wrists or ankles, and I am rather less flappy and flabby, at least! Not so YUCKY in the mirror!
Also, I am winding down some of the not-so-good items in my cupboards and fridge, to make way for the better stuff!
And now for an earlyish night, to help banish the rings under my eyes - be gone with you!
