Ever try a dab of honey into the spoon of pbutter?
Keeps it from being as sticky to eat and adds sweet.
Don't know if you're staying away from it or not, but honey grown and sold in your immediate area is supposed to help avoid seasonal allergy symptoms because you are getting some local pollens in honey. Was news to me.
I have never heard that - and I do like honey, in very small doses. I will try that, thanks! I wouldn't mind if it helped my allergies as well.
Now, to see if I have any honey in the cupboard. I also looked at the calorie count in avacados (again, I don't think I've even tried one) - wowee!!!!!
I am not staying away from any food I really like, I just stick with smaller portions. But I do know that PB is healthy, so I'm trying to find a way to fit it in and not gag at the same time.
