Hi Ellie - Pardon my intrusion... I was just wondering about vitamins. I don't know if I am taking too many or not:
Morning - multi, calcium, St. John's wort
Lunch - St. John's wort
Dinner - calcium, vit c, B6 100mg (for PMS), 1 fish oil, St. John's wort, 1 acidophillus (utis)
Do you think the B6 100mg is ok? My counselor had mentioned B6 for pms but did not know much about doses.
