I am bloated too, so the scale isn't going to be accurate (so I don't always get on it as often during "that time")
I am doing great at my approx. 1800 calories a day, I've been back at that for nearly a week now.
I also eat nearly the same for most meals. I start out with oatmeal/skim milk in the morning, but with a little something also before I walk (since that is earlier than breakfast). Mid-morning, a piece of fruit and something dairy (not ice cream!). Lunch, a large fruit smoothie - lots and lots of fruit in my blender. yummm! Sometimes fruit and dairy again at 3ish, though sometimes two pieces of whole wheat toast. Dinner varies - tonight we are having chicken alfredo, I'll have a little, plus plenty of veggies. That is one of the fattier dishes I make, I do a lot of healthy meat ones too (but i don't eat tons of meat - lots more veggies and salad, etc.)
