I find myself the opposite. The more I learn about nutrition, the better I apply it. Of course, some of it is conflicting - but I do the best I can! I don't have libraries of books, but read many fitness magazines (one of the best is Mens Health, IMHO), as well as Shape, Self, and others - and I find myself applying the nutrition information pretty well.

Most doctors I have had seem pretty healthy - not sure as far as what they eat, I have never seen their cupboards!
