Okay, I'll confess - I chose NOT to get on the scale the day after Xmas, what with H's delicious lasagne dinner from the night before and the fabulous bread pudding we had for dessert.

BUT - I DID start my workouts on my new Transfirmer step yesterday (yes, the name is goofy, but those workout tapes from The Firm are absolutely killer). I can really feel it today. And I walked for 30 minutes on the treadmill today (didn't want to do more in case I got too sore to do the next Firm workout tomorrow).

And, overall, today's eating was much better - getting back on track after the holiday.
