Frank, One other question - if you don't mind me asking. While going through this journey, do you still wear your wedding ring? There was a post a couple weeks ago on the Newcomer's forum to which I answered yes (because I still do). As another 180/GAL/LRT, I've been thinking of taking it off.
Thoughts anyone else? I really don't want to take it off. I feel like W is wearing me down...
