not much? well i am not trying to force you to give any details, but if you give a detailed answer like ; once a month, twice a yr or every other week, i will try to give you some advice. to me "not much" sounds like not enough.
do you need to go to court? I can't tell if you are really serious about seeing or actually taking part in raising your children.
a court order would however allow you to see your kids whether your XW is talking to you or not.
