In my case, although there are a lot of "coincidences" i don't know for sure that my H is having an A. I couldn't even tell you when it started, if he is having one. But, going on the premise that he is having one (although he denies)...11/03 - H started to pull away from me and started having a life separate from our M (going out, staying out late). 9/04 - H of SOW called to tell me of my H's A with his wife, says its been going on since 11/03. 11/04 - H and I separate. 4/05 - attempt reconciliation. 5/05 - H moves out. 7/05 - i move out again. 11/05 - settlement agreement signed. So, if you go by what the xH of SOW says, its been going on for 2 years. I doubt that. Personally, i think the EA started maybe around 4/04 and lasted until around 12/04, at which time it ended. Then, i think it started up again in 5/05, and continues now. I don't know when it became a PA. So, i guess maybe about a total of 16 to 18 months. SOW is now D. So, i am not sure why my H is dragging his feet, if this is what he wants.
