Amazingly enough, my husband got most of it removed from the carpet with Resolve. One suggestion for you, we used Magic Eraser to get black sharpie off of our banister and a door and it worked really well!
Everything's going all right, I had a one sided conversation with H to let out all these feelings I've been holding in and even though it was one sided, it seemed to have helped a bit. I'll do a proper update later this weekend. Hope you have a good christmas!
