Hey Sassy when I was younger probably 16 -18 my girlfriend and I lived right near the beach. She lived across the road from it and I lived one street behind her. Anyhow we used to go sunbathing down the beach, mmmm yes topless and the beach was always renowned for what we called "Flashers" I suppose you would say "Exhibitionists".
So most times when we were down at the beach you would look up to the T-Tree's and sure enough there would be some "Wanker" standing there with his old fella in his hand getting off on 2 younger girls sunbathing topless, honestly it was disgusting but back then you just ignored them as they were harmless - not so today though I wouldn't imagine.
