I too am a 40-something (my wife and I are both 45) HD, married to a LD/ND. She also is a SAHM, with four kids still at home (18, 16, 12, 9). I wish I had some good advice for you, but if you read my sitch, you'll see that I'm not doing too well myself, so I'll just send along this "Welcome" and encourage you to post often and with detail.
